Built next to the Las Vegas Strip, near the Venetian resort, the themed hotel inspired by the canals of Venice, the MSG Sphere is a futuristic arena with 18,000 seats, commissioned by the Madison Square Garden Company and designed by the renowned architectural firm Populous.
The enormous sphere cost $2.3 billion and is not just a futuristic venue for hosting sports events and concerts - the first ones, in September 2023, will be by U2 - but also a nighttime attraction thanks to its exterior covering made up of 1.2 million LEDs.

The Sphere was first lit up on July 4th, captivating drivers and Las Vegas residents with its impressive light show.
